OptiCoach is a coach-first organizational platform designed to help coaches manage teams, practices, schedules, lineups, and related information. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with its intended use.

To use OptiCoach, you must create an account using a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Coach Responsibility

All information entered into OptiCoach—including player data, schedules, and documents—is the responsibility of the account holder. OptiCoach does not verify the accuracy of user-provided information and is not responsible for decisions made using the platform.

Payments and Subscriptions

OptiCoach does not currently charge for use of the platform. If paid plans or subscriptions are introduced in the future, pricing and payment terms will be clearly communicated and these Terms will be updated accordingly.

Data and Privacy

Your use of OptiCoach is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in that policy.

Platform Availability

We strive to keep OptiCoach available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change, be updated, or temporarily unavailable as the platform evolves.

All content, branding, logos, and software associated with OptiCoach are the property of OptiCoach and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without permission.

Termination
