Service Options

We plan to offer three different service options to fit the needs of every coach, regardless of level or experience. Please contact us if you wish to join OptiCoach as a beta tester as our service is actively looking for partners to test our product.

  • Lineup builder with saved templates and game-day flexibility

  • Practice planning with reusable plans and clear structure

  • Game and practice scheduling in one centralized calendar

  • Team roster overview across the organization

  • Organization-wide schedule and event management

  • Team budget summaries and organization budget tracking

  • Player fee tracking across teams

  • Organization documents and compliance management

  • Controlled access so org leaders can manage the program without automatically entering private team workspaces
