At this time, OptiCoach does not process payments or charge subscription fees. As a result, refunds are not applicable.

When paid plans or subscriptions are introduced in the future, this Refund Policy will be updated to clearly explain eligibility, timeframes, and the refund process.

Our goal with OptiCoach is to be transparent, fair, and coach-first. Any future refund policy will be designed with simplicity and trust in mind.
