I’m a current college baseball player with coaching experience who’s lived and understands the reality of modern coaching. I’ve seen how much time gets lost juggling spreadsheets, group chats, practice plans, and depth charts. I have also seen how that time drain takes away from what matters most: developing players and building relationships.
Why I Created OptiCoach
OptiCoach was born out of frustration, but built with purpose. I wanted a system that worked the way coaches actually think and operate, not another tool designed for parents or fans. Every feature in OptiCoach is focused on simplifying a coach’s daily workflow, reducing mental load, and creating clarity behind the scenes so coaches can lead with confidence.
